Weburban has won a number of very high profile clients
consistently over the past 12 years to create a solid list of satisfied and profitable customers. Unlike other companies that may have one large

temporary. Our team is permanent and with you from Client Discovery until past Deployment. |

Rob and Rod The Weburban Executive Team

Rob Newport and Rodney Azarmi have been developing interactive media and web applications for over 15 years. In 1993 Rob and Rodney created the first digital video editing facilities at Cal Poly, Pomona. They continued their work at the University creating the first streaming video networks, multimedia training facilities and animation and design studios.
"The University was an ideal setting to develop our skills" said Rodney Azarmi. "We had access to equipment and software that was otherwise unobtainable. These first run technologies were to impractable and costly for most companies to adopt. On campus we could experiment and build new systems on a very large scale."
In the mid 90's once the demand grew for web development, Rob and Rod transitioned their software and design skills to build commercial web applications. Over the last decade Webuban has built award winning web software for companies like Disney, Yokohama Tire and Countrywide Home Loans.
"Although technology has changed, our goals have stayed the same. Take something that is inherently complex and make easy and fun to use." Rob Newport. |

But as the community of web users grew,
people wanted more then just to publish. They wanted to participate, share and interact with one another.
They started to reach out. People were ready but web software was crude and offered little in the way of
community interaction. So innovative companies started creating new software systems - "Platforms for participation"...
